Unfortunately its happening to alot of us. The worst part is they arent doing anything to unban the false positives. I can accept an anticheat having some false positives, IF they would actually look into appeals and unban legit players....

Same thing just happened to me i have 3000h game played 1.3K/D and they banned me for using software that interferes with the game

My pc was 2 months old and i upgraded the gpu from amd to nvidia and also used overlay to monitor usage temps fps etc could this lead to ban??? 
is there anything we can do?

ah... you poor cheaters were banned and its all a big mistake...boohoo. Dont cheat then you wouldn't get banned.

Why speaking when you are completely ignorant and clueless? I am playing a game i paid 60€ to buy i have thousands hours played and my stats are pretty low

you know many cheaters with such low k/d ratio? 

K/D doesn't really determine if someone is cheating and you would be surprised.   But you bring up a good point that the main difference is many cheaters will just pay another 60 and easily jump through hoops to keep playing the game.  While most honest players just walk away forever.  So in reality,  its probably more honest players that get perma banned then cheaters ironically.

 IMHO,  the only solution,  is to have dedicated servers where people can segregate players themselves.  Just like your local court,  or ballpark in real life that have playerbases at different skill levels.   Which is what is like in my day.   Cs1.6 had more cheater bots than any fps in gaming history,  servers full of them,  but that is because it also had 1 million playing at any given time in NA alone.    And that was because people found servers at their own level.     Society Changed after the Russian Spammers killed the internet forums and chatrooms,  and then half a decade later DDOS attacks got too strong for us to host our own servers and run our own community leagues.   Which was prevalent in games like EA Sports tiger woods   and counterstrike for example.

Nowadays the revelation I now have after being banned myself for literally no reason,   they claim glorifying violence in chat,  when i jokingly accused a troll in chat of wanting to off me instead of hitting mute button,   when i was the victim in the analogy,  but he reported me and I get banned?   is that it is the game companies themselves that purposely let players undermine the match maker rating systems,  because of their political ideology that is anti sport.   And for 20 years I've been a fool defending them,  when they are indeed a major part of the problem.
