Yeah, they’ll automatically tell you that they’re gonna stick and feel that they made the right choice. I got hit with the same thing and I hadn’t even played the game in over two months. I got banned on February 7 and they told me that they observed gameplay enhancement on February 5 and I hadn’t even played the game since December 27 absolute BS they won’t show you no proof forward you no evidence or nothing. They just tell you we reviewed your case we feel we made the right choice and refuse to take any sanctions off your account. I’ve been buying games from EA since 1989 and this is how they treat us loyal customers, absolute dog **bleep**.
