Creating an appeal is an absolute joke when it’s AI making the decisions you guys should put up an actual phone number where you could talk to a real person there’s gotta be some kind of legal action that could be taken, especially without proof. The only thing I was guilty of was finally finding my perfect controller settings to make the game feel more like Call of Duty and went in there and absolutely crapped on all the veteran players and I have played all the other battlefield as well absolutely crazy that there’s nothing you could do about a company stealing your money from you and not you can’t even play the game. They ripped you off for absolutely zero proof. The appeal system is a joke. I’ve already exhausted all my appeals.

Just to give you some information, all appeals are handled by individual members of EA's Terms of Service team. They're not handled by AI. However, they only use set-text when responding to appeals to keep responses consistent. Similarly, they usually aren't able to give specific details in case it is used nefariously.
Please note that I am not making any comment as to the validity of specific bans. I'm only providing information about how the ToS team generally handle appeals.
There's no way actual hulan beings are handling the appeals , you can even tell that it's all automated, also Dice left them so they porbably dont even haave TOS to begin with lol, i literally appealed 20 times since i got banned and got the exact same response everytime.
as for me will never be bying an ea game again that's for sure, you should try arc raiders, it's better and won't ban you for having valorant in your pc or for changing controlling settings
