Free Battlepass and exp boosts

Ea Said they will give free season 1 battlepass and exp boosts to every person who bought bf6 from ea and got effected by the launch issue. I didn't get any and some people didn't get too  ... I bought this game early from Ea waited to play on launch. EA App was a disaster We waited hours to play while steam users leveled up their progress. I was happy that we will get something in return of late start of the progress yet you guys didn't even fulfill your promise about apology reward.  I waited 2 hours search every corner of the reddit then found a way to play only on portal servers by using bug but it was still late.
