Game Start Timer

So the Portal is a hot mess and unplayable for so many of us that love playing with friends against bots. But the few times I got a game running, one thing that was so annoying was there is no pre match timer, allowing you to modify your class/loadout before the match begins.

Very noticeable on bot maps as they spawn in quickly and thus little to no delay before the match kicks off. Please add a round/match start timer to the Portal that can be modified to what the users want. Not asking for a static 30 second timer. Let the players chose.
