Graphics go blurred whilst moving forward.

I have noticed that the graphics look nice and crisp if you are stood still but the moment you move forwards they become slightly blurry.  Stop and they return to being nice and crisp.

I have experimented with a few options and have narrowed it down to TAA.  There are a few more options within this section and they all seem to have the same outcome but if you choose to disable it, the problem goes away.  Unfortunately the graphics do go worse with out TAA or whatever is enabled.

Has anyone else noticed this issue ?
