Hackers Without Fear

I'm running into hackers in nearly every game I play now, from aimbotting to straight up ESP or a combination of both. I'll spawn into an area behind cover and the literal moment I pop out my head is taken off by a sniper 400m away. Reports seem to do nothing other than offer a pseudo sense of "I'm doing something about it" but the next game, there's even more hackers. It's making the game borderline unplayable. Anyone else having similar experiences?
