Handstop delayed by sprint recovery time

The compact handstop attachment has a delay when you click, greatly undermining the use of it. The delay seems to be informed by the sprint recovery time. For example, the CZ3A1 has a 35 round fast magazine that makes the sprint recovery time 167ms. That means from the mouse click and the gun firing there is an 167ms delay. At that rate, you may as well stop sprinting and aim down sights. Please reconsider the compact handstop balancing or add a low flat delay if it is necessary to have one.
