Hardcore tag modification

To start this thread off strong I want to start by saying 60 HP is not hardcore by any standard. Hardcore should be at least a minimum of 40 HP.  With that being said the Hardcore tag should be automatically applied to servers that have less than 60 HP. This will help those of us who believe the hardcore experience should be two chest shots or one headshot find these servers. If you check the 'hardcore' box you lose the ability to adjust the health bar down past 60 hp. If you don't have this checked you lose the Hardcore tag. The Hardcore tag being removed means you lose access to the player base looking for these servers.
