Has anyone had problems getting a refund for bf6?
am requesting a full refund for my EA Pro subscription, as I am not satisfied with the service. I subscribed expecting full access to EA titles, including early access to Battlefield 6, but Battlefield 6 is unplayable on my pc, full of hackers. I have only been able to play 7.5 hours. Several remastered games are also unplayable, and some content requires additional payment, making the subscription misleading and poor value at £110/year.
My previous refund request was mishandled, and EA has refused to issue a refund, without even providing a reason why it cannot be issued. This is a shocking level of service.
