Helicopter nerfed/broken 1.1.3.0

The helicopter is both nerfed and broken. After going into the test range, it looks like rockets seem to be doing 50% less damage to tanks. There's no splash damage to infantry from the gunner. I played a few rounds and was wondering why I would unload a full salvo of heavy rockets on a tank and it keeps trucking along like nothing happened. The Heavy Warheads upgrade still doesn't do as intended since release. Why would the gunner lock on missile say it's lock/aim guided, when it's clearly a lock on only weapon? 

They didn't bother fixing the pilot's aim guided missile reticle. I'm not sure of the technical name, but the aim box that shows the aiming position of the gunner relative to the heading of the helicopter no longer works.

I mean, **bleep**, the helicopter was fine at game release. Now you just keep making it useless a little at a time.
