Helicopter respawn on Mirak Valley seems to be at 0 seconds cooldown

As someone that plays a lot of infantry it seems the cooldowns on Helo respawn have become non existent since the patch. Shoot one helicopter down, 2 more helicopters appear 30 seconds later. 

It’s hard enough to find rocket ammo as infantry yet helos get endless regenerating ammo plus almost instant respawn. 

Please normalize helicopter cooldowns at the respawn to BF4 wait times so we’re not CONsTANTLY fighting attack choppers if we take the time and effort to shoot one down.
