Helicopter Spawn Rates in Breakthrough

I wanted to note to the devs, if anybody reads these, that there is an issue with retreat timing and attacker vehicle spawns in breakthrough. I'm not sure if this is isolated only to Eastwood, but it is a problem there, it could be on other maps as well.

The issue is as follows: presently, the defenders on Eastwood, after losing the first sector, can, during the retreat timer, head over to where the attacker helicopter spawns and take the helicopter. The issue here is that the defender has enough time to wait at the helicopter spawn, then since they are in an air vehicle, do not have any issues with being out of bounds. The defenders can then hold the helicopter (which should be used by the attacking team) until the attackers can shoot it down. This creates a lot of problems with having enemies parachute behind the attackers' line, harass them in spawn, and granting the defending team a lot of mobility.

The helicopter spawn either needs to be moved or the timer for it to spawn needs to be delayed by several seconds so that the defender cannot have access to it.

This is an issue I wasn't even aware of.  This obviously needs fixed, though I'll say what I've said since BF3.  All vehicles need a friend or foe type of thing where they can't be entered by an enemy when they spawn, only after an ally has entered it and got out.  This would stop this kind of behavior across the entire game and not just eastwood.

I came here because I wanted to complain about how only one team gets a helo in breakthrough, which I think is stupid because maps have many areas where someone can only access it through a helo or exploits.
