Crazy that they messed up a playable game so bad.
Im having the same issue but I dont use steam. Just EA and my PC which is 5800x and 9070xt. Its like using those key combos automatically starts a 60fps or 60hz render.
It reminds me of moving fast when playing on a 60hz monitor. Its not laggy its just missing or skipping frames. Its looks super choppy. Its extremely noticeable when I am strafing and moving my mouse in different directions.
I turned my graphics down to low everything and AA off and the result was the same choppy mess.
I commented somewhere else that I think they messed something up when they added a frame limiter to the menu, even if you didn't turn it on.
Until its fixed, this game is unplayable for me unfortunately.
