How to get a refund because of cheaters?

First off I play this game on PC and the cheaters on opening weekend are relentless. snipers are getting 40-60 kills a game with headshots only at distances you can hardly even see players at on any sniper you can get at the beginning of the game. 60 kills and 3 deaths not even the best actual players in the world are getting those numbers at 800 meters with a 6x scope. one game like 10 of us got headshot at the spawn all standing next to each other all died via headshot game started 2 seconds prior. This is bull**bleep** after spending 100 bucks on a game that the devs hosed since the beta and the hackers are taking over from day one.
