Alas, EA can't really do anything here. Your best bet would be reporting to Youtube and see if they'd want to do anything about that, but I doubt it'd work.

These things are just not illegal. EA could technically sue the company (not the video mind you) for various reasons, but depending on where they're based, it wouldn't lead to anything.
