HQ anti air needs a HUGE buff

I'm so sick of being spawn camped in HQ on Liberation peek by jets and the attack heli. we couldn't even get a vehicle out of spawn, this is not okay. this is a HUGE design flaw. they were just blowing up all are vehicles as soon as they spawned. The anti air NEEDs to do way more. it didn't even fire at them.....
