Stop giving Breakthrough & Rush attackers even more tanks!
I've always been a Rush & Breakthrough player but I cannot play it anymore in BF6 because defending is always the same one dimensional gameplay of fighting tanks 24/7.
RPG hit, cover, RPG hit, cover, die, respawn. RPG hit, cover, RPG hit, tank down. Tank respawns, repeat.
There is basically no choice in what class to play, attackers just farm defenders and go 50-0 in a tank without even caring if they win the round. There is more to a balanced game than the average win % of attackers, almost every game is skewed towards attackers dominating defenders because they have no weapons to fight back.
The win % is only determined by the will of attackers to actually push towards the flags and get into the next sector. Most just stay back in their tanks, farm enemies, finish with 50-0, don't care that they lost and hope to play attack next round as well. Losing does not mean that they didn't dominate.
In the new update they removed even more vehicles from defenders. Remember, a tank is not a crouch to fix poor map design. A tank is not a free farming simulator for infantry. Farming infantry should be a reward after winning a tank vs tank battle. We used to have defenders on BF3 with multiple tanks and jets yet attackers still managed to win rounds. Why are there no jets in linear modes? Why don't you give attackers a transport heli for a flank instead of 100 farming vehicles? I didn't know Breakthrough and Rush did not qualify as All-Out-Warfare, apparently they are "tank farms infantry" warfare.
This is an insanely lazy attempt to reach a target win % without understanding your own data. Play your game, get qualitative feedback, stop only looking at percentages, they do not show the full picture.
