HUD Hit marker and number indicators

After Update 1.2.3.0 my hit marker and number indicators are really big even though they are set to small, idk if its a bug or its intended but I added an image showing how it looks.. Basically blocking the entire red dot scope with huge numbers on the left side, why it is like that? Before the update they were the prefect size not blocking anything and with proper visibility. I have around 540 hours and this is really frustrating to play like this :(
I hope I can get some feedback about this and understand what is going on..
