I can't play the game

I paid 70 dollars to that Bf6 and since ea banned my account which is linked to my steam for absolutely no reason I cant play the game that I paid 70 dollars. I sent lot's of e-mails to ea but they dont even answer them Please help me unlinking this account I cant access to it. I even had warnings for ea fc25. I dont even have that game. I hate this moderation team.
