I have an issue with my in game name.

I bought the game on Steam, and the EA app doesn't show me as having this game in my library on the app, even though I have linked my Steam account, the only one that shows on the EA app is my Discord.
I have FB, Email, Steam and Discord all linked acconding to the "link accounts: page but they dont show.

The issue I would like to correct is that I would rather use my EA account name (SparkyKen131) in game, rather than my Steam account name (Unfortunate_Soul) but since the game doesnt appear on my EA app as me having purchased it I cant even get into the menu for the game there.
