I want a refund and you will not get another cent from me I work a night schedule so I play early morning or late at night. It's not my fault your game sucks so bad that you have to fill it with bots not during peek outs take away a bunch of my kills and tank my even with boys not great k/d ratio. This is some BS %$#% you EA and %$#% dice and your **bleep** game! How do I get a refund?
I don't blame you.
Match-making is clearly fundamentally bad. Even when there are hundreds of thousands of players online EA/DICE apparently think it's ok to use bots and often they don't get replaced during the match either.
But then, as you say, after forcing people to play against bots, they take away your kill stats though leave the death stats to add further insult.
It's incompetence that they will not admit to.
And then they continue to add more and more game modes no one asked for to further split the player base and make the problem worse.

Bots in pvp servers situation is far worse than you think. Thats why we can see scores like 700-0, 632-0 etc. Losing team with those scores is full of bots maybe 4, 5 real players. You can understand if your team is a bot team or not by observing easily. Especially supports. When they come to revive you, classic duck, look left and right, wait 1, 2 sec then pull defib and res. We said that okay, with 6, BF so back but developers as always, ruined it. They really need a lesson. I mean, really.
I never said i had a problem identifying that I was playing with bots just that I nor anyone else that has a late night schedule has to play with bots

Hey the same thing happened to me I’m not about to continue to play bf6 I deleted it and everything EA Customer Support sucks the do everything on there time it wasn’t no reason for them to wipe people K/D Nobody cheated or did anything to raise a red flag there going to loose a lot of customers and I’m one of them that leaving you try a this Game Called Arc Raiders
+1 also deleted the game.
It was stupid enough to count bot farm kills towards KD. But then removing the kills and leaving the deaths is super stupid, especially since were forced to play with bots.
