Bot deaths don't count, but bot kills do?

I noticed with the latest update, killing bots now no longer contributes to your statistics, fair enough, but why do their kills still give a negative statistic???

Surely only kills and deaths from actual players should effect statistics?

  • Although K/D stats aren't critical for many players, there are certainly many who would agree with you. I think this might have been an oversight on their part?

  • They seem to have wiped even player kills in casual breakthrough but left the deaths bot or not.
Has to be all or nothing. It's not like you can choose if its a bot or a player you are aiming at. So you could have a good game, kill 40 bots and players but that one sweat human player kills you 5 times. Net effect 0 kills, 5 deaths.. negative KD... No point playing casual breakthrough at all now, they have completely killed it.

  • Agreed: literally just played a game today where as usual players are spear heading the fight on the margins of the map on Columbia Heights: had close to a ten on them, and got killed 2 or 3 times.

None of the players I killed registered. I don't mind not having bot kills counting but maybe don't register anything at all then, or make two K/D ratios or even just the players' count?

Who in the company thought it'd be smart to proceed that way when they could have just erased everything? It's not just a technical limitation, it really was possible to just remove everything. Why do we get to keep all of the times I died in Casual Breakthrough in my K/D ratio throughout the past two weeks I played so far?

Lovely EA and Dice, thanks for tanking us so hard.
