Not eligible for refund??

This game is a disaster, ever since the redsec update, I`m unable to play the game. It crashes with the javelin anticheat screen issue. I`ve tried every fix you can find out there online, repairing game files, repairing / updating / uninstalling the EA anticheat tool, the C++ x64 and x86 repairs, directX reinstall, all drivers cleaned and reinstalled and updated... 
Nothing seems to work.
With the few hours per week that i could have time to play the game, I`m now spending trying to fix this sh*t.

Today, my patience was over, and i went to refund the game. Only to find our via the support that "their policy doesn`t allow" my refund.
I`ve spent 100euro (yes i even bought the phantom edition...) on something that doesn`t work, and it`s not eligible for a refund?

This is a joke. Worst launch I`ve ever witnessed, and I`ve been playing Battlefield since 1942...
