Idea of introducing a mode to withstand waves

I have the idea that a mode could be introduced to withstand waves of enemies, where soldiers come first, then enemy vehicles are added (whether from Pax or NATO) and the difficulty increases. You can hold out with more people or by yourself. The map is random but you would hold a position at the same point, with chests/boxes appearing with weapons and equipment to improve and thus endure more waves. You would also receive points for each kill, chest/box opened, round survived, or vehicle destroyed.
