I'm quitting BF6 until you can fix the game

Technical Problems

  1. Poor hit registration
    1. Bad netcode (delayed damage output and/or recognition of damage dealt until 30s later)
    2. Getting killed through/behind indestructible objects. 
  2. Game crashing
  3. Framerate drops
  4. Phasing out of maps
  5. Increased damage vulnerability for MBT pre-order skin (known issue to devs)

General Problems

  1. Poorly balanced weapon system
    1. Immediate bullet damage drop-off. 
      1. Increase 33 dmg guns to 34 dmg. 
      2. Heavily extend range before dmg drop-off occurs. 
    2. Irritating recoil that negates settings and can’t be corrected through attachments. 
      1. Increase efficacy of double-port break and classic vertical attachments. 
    3. Reduce required grinding for weapon attachments and ammo. 
    4. M250 needs redesign. 
      1. Less accurate than KTS, less powerful than M240/60, and less mobile than M27 IAR. 
      2. Increase to 29 dmg, 700rpm. 
      3. Increase stability at range. 
      4. Increase default capacity to 75rd
  2. Terrible MBT gameplay
    1. Fix broken splash damage/MBT weapons
      1. HEMP does 33 dmg at enemy soldiers’ feet...defeats the entire purpose of the round. 
      2. CAN doesn't even kill people past 15 feet. Why. 
    2. Make tanks harder to kill (please read till end of "improve game balancing")
      1. Increase HP to 1400. 
      2. Replace Reinforced Armor with ERA. Add to hull sides. 
        • Does not affect AP rounds
        • Reduces RPG-29 dmg by 25%
        • Reduces HEAT/RPG dmg by 75%
        • Reduces HEMP dmg by 90%
        • Can be repaired
      3. Reduce RPG and M136 damage to MBTs
        • Turret: 100 / 235 / 350
        • Hull: 140 / 280 / 470
      4. Reduce M15 damage from 770 to 600
      5. Disable C4 damage vs tanks
    3. Improve game balancing
      1. Remove APS
      2. Add weakspot on turret ring that suffers 600 dmg from RPGs
      3. Increase engineer RPG capacity to 6 and slightly reduce reload time. 
      4. Add tandem RPGs and concussion missiles. 
        • RPG-29: deals 175/350/550 (turret) and 200/470/750 (hull).
        • Concussion Missile: slows HP regen for 6 seconds and prevents main gun use for 2.5 seconds. 
      5. Enable the Glaive to fire at both ground and air. Increase capacity to 5. 
      6. Extend tank respawn time. 
      7. Nerf spam-repairing. 
        • Limit active repairs to 1-2 players. 
        • Shift focus to repairing ERA and tanks that are at low HP. 
      8. Increase MBT health regen rate as combat engineer. 
      9. Increase utility of CAN rounds. 
      10. Moderately increase starting MBT ammo capacity. 
      11. Add engineer class trait (for anti-armor path only) that makes mines harder to spot. 
        • Eg. footsteps in MW2
      12. Add “disabled status” for tanks at 20% HP: unable to move, regen ammo, or use abilities unless repaired. 
      13. Add TOW option to ATP. 
      14. Reduce the intensity of visual smoke that is generated when RPGs strike the tank. 
  3. Confused class system (arrow means "move to")
    1. Gadget awareness
      1. Spec Ops ➜ Combat Engineer
    2. Missile intercept
      1. Support ➜ Anti-Armor
      2. Reduce vulnerability to bullets
    3. “Defense focus”
      1. Medic ➜ Fire Support
    4. Claymore
      1. Add to Support class
    5. EABF2 seeker tactics ➜ Spec Ops
    6. Lock repair tool and defib to one path within their respective class. 
    7. Change Engineer (anti-armor path) active ability
      1. RPG-29
      2. Concussion rocket
  4. Poorly balanced matchmaking and no competitive modes
    1. It should not be such a common occurrence for one team to steamroll the other. 
    2. Add competitive modes to attract high-skill players. 
  5. Improvements to Game Modes / Maps
    1. Need more, higher quality maps
      1. 11 maps in Dec 2025
        • EABF2 had 18 maps
        • Halo 4 had 25 maps
      2. OBJs are too destructible and gameplay/strategy is kinda stale
    2. Bring “casual” version to Rush and Escalation. Increase bot skill levels. 
    3. Reduce player respawn time to 5 seconds (from 7 seconds). 
    4. Add more vehicles to Breakthrough...
      1. MBT or IFV to Eastwood defense stage 1
      2. IFV to Siege of Cairo defense stage 1
      3. IFV + MBT to Cairo defense stage 2
      4. IFV + MBT to Liberation Peak defense stage 1-2
      5. IFV to Liberation Peak defense stage 3-4
    5. Remove the heavy focus on battle royale and battle pass.
