Input based matchmaking on PC?
I bought this game on Steam thinking it had input-based matchmaking.
As one of the few PC controller users (shameful, I know), I was under the impression I’d be matched with other controller players — including console users — thanks to the new crossplay system.
However, it seems I’m mostly being placed in PC lobbies, and the game doesn’t even seem to recognize that I’m using a controller since my icon shows as a PC on the scoreboard.
Is input-based matchmaking actually a thing, and if so, will it ever properly include PC controller users? Or are we forever a doomed race?
