Interdictor buff idea. It needs it.

First, I really agree the gun is not bad but the case usage is too small. At the right range, this gun is deadly in the hands of a baby, but as you say, snipers don't stay at that range. It's almost a sniper rifle for non-snipers, except the range finder unlocks at level 38, and non-sniper players are not gonna know when they're 130m from their target. Also going for body-shots with this gun is learning all the wrong lessons for switching to other sniping rifles. 

I'm not sure I like the damage against light vehicles, although I guess it depends on how big said damage is; the issue is that land vehicles would have little counter play and means of evasion (it's not hard sniping an IFV at 200m away in the open). 

But more significant damage against aircrafts would make this gun VERY interesting. Make it 100 damage against a chopper: that's still 5-7 shots against a mini bird, so not overpowered, but at least significant. And choppers CAN just fly away.
