I should also add. 3 planes would ensure that more people get a chance to fly not only by volume of jets but through combat too. More jets= more fights, more fights= more spawns. That way people get a chance to fly in games rather than just waiting around. Then people can jump back in the fight and get some payback. 3 jets would make the spawn times less predictable too, meaning less base camping.
