Joining an already started REDSEC Ranked match and losing RP

Hello team,. 

I was playing some REDSEC Ranked and i find it really diabolic when you join  a match already started and then just watching your team being wiped 2 times without even stepping in the game and having -60 in my case as Diamond 1. so i was wondering if its possible to make it 0 since technically you never stepped in the game... and got -60 for watching your teammates getting wiped...
