Cannot play the beta for this game at all. I cannot shoot anyone! It seems like i hit all over the place on a person and they shoot me with one shot. Got nobody there to help me and people just leave...

I know exactly what you mean. I'm having the same problem here. I used to keep up just fine on the scoreboard, but now I almost always end up at the bottom with 0 kills and several deaths. I don't understand why. When I aim, I can barely hit the enemy. I am playing on PC not fun anymore
Try doing burst firing with a handful of shots at a time, I found that made a big difference for my TTK, as pray and spray will punish you (even if your reticle is still over the enemy) the recoil is only part of it, but the bullets bloom around where you're shooting the longer you hold down the trigger. You can test that out in the firing range.
