Just wondering...

I have quite a few weapons at Elite status, but something has been bothering me the more weapons I get there.

Does it feel like the longer you use a weapon, the less damage it does? Like, even though I put on a longer barrel to increase velocity, even though I add attachments that make recoil more controllable, even if I add hollow points and get head hits, it still feels like certain weapons do less damage the higher they get. Some are just broken lasers from start to finish, but some "feel" weaker the more I use them. Am I crazy or do other players think the same?

In order to better understand, if you reply to this post, please say if you are on console or PC and if you use a controller or not.

Obviously there is the "netcode" issue and hit registration problems. Is that really what it comes down to? I would like to know your thoughts.
