Ladder for what?

What's the point of making a ladder available in the assault class if 95% of the maps are blocked from using it? It's a bit bizarre to have a useless accessory. I suggest you replace it with a canteen of green tea.

I cannot comprehend a soldier in real life running round at the speed of light with a ladder. Laughable!
Ladder would be more helpful in setting better positioning or allow for a better view of the field. I'm usually tagging vehicles and infantry which would be really helpful. It definitely would help with surprising enemies but specs ops needs help as half of skills or signature set are useless. They are forcing recon to be back liner with both paths. Ladder would allow spec ops to bypass enemy lines and sabotage enemies equipment or c4 their lines to hell
Well, I'm really disappointed! After all, the rooftops are incredibly detailed and undoubtedly provide an unexpected vantage point where we can surprise and outflank our opponents.
Would of been better to have a peg up mechanic where you can press a button and your character postures and by interacting with you others can get a peg up to higher places like over tall walls etc.
Rooftops are just a pain in the **bleep**. All it does it make blueberries camp and forget about the flag. They get easy kills, but then they proceed lose the match because they couldn't be bothered to cap any flags. It's annoying for both teams involved.
I don't see it as something for beginners.
I see it as taking advantage of the whole scenario. Maybe there could be flags on the rooftops, that would please everyone.
Keep in mind that, as anywhere, there are people with different levels of physical abilities, whether motor, visual, or reaction time. Young players and those over 50.
Diverse hardware conditions, connection speeds, and latency.
Before this update i would have said ladders were a useful tool now they are pointless!! before you could counter a snipper and find a good position using the ladder but now those areas are blocked or removed im not sure why as surely this was the point of the ladder to get verticality! if there blocking the door way go through the window right? not any more, as for accessing the roofs snippers/campers still access them via helicopters
