I do agree. I have been saying this on any game with aim assist. There is a reason why even the Devs over at Rainbow Six Siege force aim assist off during ranked matches.
I like having crossplay but I dislike having to play with aim assist. I like having more people to play with but aim assist is just crazy.
Most console/controller users will refuse to admit that aim assist is a type of aimbot. Even if it only say slows the reticle down when near someone that is a form of aimbot. It is a Program that helps when your aim period. Watching someone play with and then without aim assist there is usually a massive difference in gameplay. People seem to not understand what aimbot means in general. It doesn't have to lock on to someone for it to work. There are many types of aimbots these days. Just because the Devs allow aim assist doesn't mean it can't be seen as cheating.
If I was to use my Logitech mouse app and use a script to lower my recoil by 20% guess what? I would be called a cheater... Yet, they do it with controller and it isn't cheating? If I used something to give my mouse aim assist guess what? I would be called a cheater. The hypocrisy of it all.

This statement speaks volumes to me.

Aim assist vs Aim assist: the only solution to keep at least some of the sober mouse and keyboard community happy. 90. I beat 80-90% of the controller users, but some others are just insane.
