Little bird and attack helicopter the same map is a horrible design choice.
You guys and gals at Neu DICE forgot lessons learned from 2042. Just because you can put every air frame on the same map doesn’t mean you need to put all air frames on the same map.
You’re making a life for infantry, absolutely miserable with the little bird and attack chopper being on the same map.
Basically, you’re forcing almost every single infantry player to play engineer in order to deal with the numerous ground vehicles as well as a numerous air vehicle vehicles. It makes for an extremely miserable experience..
There are well thought out and sound design reasons why BFV, BF1 and BF4 don’t have every single airframe and every single tank on every single map. Operation Firestorm in Baf6 has turned into a total S.H.I.T show with the amount of freaking air constantly killing infantry. It’s absolutely miserable for infantry to play.
I find myself playing engineer on almost every map because all of the lazy COD boys only play Recon or Assault or Medic and can’t be bothered to deal with enemy air. I’d like to be able to occasionally play Medic being an actual Combat Medic when I was active duty but its just not doable in BF6 on most maps un less you’re just into being utterly destroyed by helicopters the entire match.
How do you guys keep failing so utterly and so miserably?
if you’re gonna have the attack chopper and the little bird on the same map, then both teams should get two of the anti-aircraft tanks.
The .50 cal on top of the light transports need to do more damage to all aircraft. They’re also needs to be more of the anti-aircraft guns that infantry can man on every map that has little bird helicopters to include the Manhattan Bridge map. This way players aren’t forced to always play engineer and can play medic in order to help their squad mates as a medic, but also hop on a 50 cal or an anti-aircraft gun and deal with enemy helicopters.
Who in their right mind adds little birds to these maps and doesn’t give infantry multiple tools to deal with this nuisance?
