LOWER CPU USAGE IN FULLSCREEN

I’ve noticed that running the game in Fullscreen mode seems to limit CPU usage - and as a result, FPS as well. The moment I switch to Windowed or Borderless Windowed mode, CPU usage returns to normal and performance improves.

I strongly recommend that anyone who hasn’t tried this yet switch from Fullscreen to Windowed or Borderless Windowed at least once, just to check if they’ve been experiencing this limitation without realizing it.

In my case, Fullscreen mode also significantly increases input lag.

Disabling Fullscreen Optimization for the executable does not resolve the issue (for me).
This problem occurs in both the Steam and EA versions of the game.
