Are you incapable of bare minimum teamplay? Just ask a support player for resupply. It's currently balanced nicely. I just took out a tank with 4xC4; got the 4th charge from desupply
Resupply takes ages even with a supply box. Usually it gets moved before I can even get the third C4 charge. Also requiring 4 C4 to take out a single tank reliably seems incredibly much worse than previous titles.
