I did not receive the "Deerstalker" skin despite having logged in the day it was supposed to be rewarded, and all the days previously post launch. I have created a ticket with EA help but they are unable to assist. I see many others missing them as well, why is this being ignored? Hoping the devs can rectify this situation and not keep ignoring the issue.
I only got Day 1 and Day 5. I missed Day 4 legit, but I should have gotten the rest and did not. Never got the message in my Inbox. I opened a case in EA help and they are absolutely useless. They just keep giving me procedural instructions that I already know or thought I was talking about the EA App outage rewards.
I got to a final answer on my case actually. They acknowledged that there is no fix available currently and it has been escalated supposedly.
Silly question, but where are you finding daily login rewards? I've seen nothing on this in game.
It was only during the first week of the game being live, but they were supposed to come through as Daily messages in the in-game messages Inbox under the Game Messages category.

Same with me. I was logged in each day during 10.10-17.10 period, yet received only first day reward (Dog Tag).
No unread messages within In-game Inbox under the Game Messages category as well.
Is there anyone working on this issue?
Same happened to me, I only received 3 out of 7 rewards despite logging in and playing every single day during the first week.
I'm still missing out on the dogtag and the deerstalker skin (don't really care that much about the xp-boosts).
Support really couldn't do much for me, and basically just told me to go to the forums and upvote topics about people running into the same issue to keep it visible...

I can confirm this is true. I just received mine today too. Thank you EA and DICE. Hopefully the Loyalty Rewards missing rewards bug for owning and playing previous Battlefield titles gets fixed soon next.
That is actively rolling out now too. It seemed to be delayed, but I got that as well now.
I agree. I hope they do the same for the Winter Daily Login Event now. I heard a lot of players are experiencing issues with not receiving the Day 1 login reward as they only received the Day 2 and Day 3. @EA and @DICE please apply this same fix for the Winter Daily Login rewards to the players who login anytime from December 18 to December 25. The in-game mail reward system is really buggy majority of the times into receiving these rewards.
