Missing Daily Login Rewards

I did not receive the "Deerstalker" skin despite having logged in the day it was supposed to be rewarded, and all the days previously post launch. I have created a ticket with EA help but they are unable to assist. I see many others missing them as well, why is this being ignored? Hoping the devs can rectify this situation and not keep ignoring the issue.
