Make Support able to use C4 again

Locking C4 to Recon makes zero sense. It goes completely against the flexibility that Battlefield used to have. Like you said, Support having C4 was never a problem, and it actually fit their role perfectly. Being close to the action and all that.
Now it’s stuck on Recon, who’s usually sitting 200 meters away. It just doesn’t line up with how people actually play. The class system was supposed to add depth, not take away options we’ve had for over a decade.
