Mines seem useless against new vehicles

Unless the enemies actually beach their boats, the mines seem like a useless area denial asset. I cannot fathom why the PKTM-1R couldn't work against RHIBs and attack boats, given its range and description of how it works. Hell, it would even make sense to hit low-flying helicopters as well.

God knows we need more area denial assets, and I miss the AA mines from BF4. At least let us use M4A1 SLAMs on coastal waters again.

It feels like every update the devs add a new sword and either nerf or don't add any compelling armour to counterplay it.
