More weapon xp for objective kills

Dice, please consider giving us bonus weapon xp. You can tier it for offensive, defensive and even more when you're on the objective. This will incentivize the players to be more objective focused and also help ease the frustration of the players complaining about the grind, which for many is just too much and has turned off quite a few players from the game.
