I think there's a setting called cursor projection or something like. Wanna say it's under mouse keyboard > infantry > control, i don't remember exactly but it's in there somewhere, The description talks about centering your sights.

it turns out turning off raw input fixed my problem and now the mouse is centered on the crosshair. dang im dumb I missed the setting after all LMAO☠️
