Need help contacting EA support for BF6

I have been trying to contact EA support regarding my account being disabled and no reason given as to why. I have tried submitting tickets on the support website and nothing shows up when I do. This is making me very frustrated. I want to talk to an advisor with live chat but everything I've read showing how to get a live chat doesn't work at all. if someone knows how to talk to an advisor PLEASE let me know.

Try to refresh your penalties page on your account page. They made a change recently so they were showing up to open an appeal. If that doesn't work you can log out of that page and continue as a guest. Just make sure you use the same email submitting as a guest as your ea account email.
