Need help directly from EA due to unwarranted ban

Hello my brother just bought and built his first PC. He got BF6 free with Intel B580. A big reason he bought the card. We made sure secure boot was turned on verified within windows. After about 15hrs he was permanently banned for user agreement violation or terms of sale which is what they exactly stated. He claimed the game through the Intel website exactly as the instructions said to. Entered the code and claimed BF6. He has not violated a single rule and followed everything. Please someone explain what is going on? He has appealed once and it was just an automated response verifying his account is permanently banned.

The only way of appealing with ToS is through the appeal process (the guide EA_Aljo shared earlier). They don't offer a facility to discuss the details ban with them directly, unfortunately.

If your brother is not able to use the appeal process for anyone reason, he can use this webform instead. This will put him in touch with EA Help, and they should be able to raise a new appeal for him, although they cannot handle the appeal themselves. webform

How do we get in contact with this team directly? I cannot find it anywhere. He has done everything through his account I’ve just been helping him. It’s just insane to me you can be banned for doing nothing. This AI stuff is ruining gaming. He literally bought a PC to play BF6 then is just banned.

We completed this and they upheld the ban with an automated reply. There is now no appeal button after just one try. This is completely unfair unjust ban as he did nothing. This is his first PC and waited how long to save money and build it. Where can we email someone to talk with them? There’s no way they can just ban when you have followed all the rules? They have banned his account wrongfully and blocked all communication basically. Please help.

  • Hi xllStArLoRdllx,

I'm really sorry, but the only people who can remove a ban are EA's Terms of Service team, following a successful appeal. In this case, all I can suggest is that your brother tries appealing again, since they usually allow three appeals before they'll no longer accept them.

It might be worth keeping in mind, though, that your brother will need to do this himself, as ToS will only talk with the account owner, and they most likely won't give him any in-depth details.

Hi there. Unfortunately, we're not able to help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. Please use the instructions in this article to submit a dispute. Terms of Service will investigate the ban. Thanks!
