New “Regiment” NATO Assault Class Skin & New Weapon Addition Requests

Why are there new character skins being added, but not providing any information on how to obtain them? All it says below this particular skin is “Lead the Way Pack.” This is literally the ONLY skin...

Would also be awesome to see them add the Q Boombox in 8.6 blackout, especially since it’s a new and trending cartridge. I think it’s awesome that they’ve already added the Q mini fix (aka Mini Scout).
