Same happen to me and others that i replied to on the forum (for me its seems to be my new keyboard) and i hope your more lucky than us cause EA Term of service team are not likely to accept your appeal i got denied multiple time they just don't care about they're customer it seems.If your ever succeed in your appeal can you please give us an update?
Ya, I am not hopeful.. they already denied my request but if they keep giving me the option to appeal.. this will be a never ending battle and I will keep appealing till the end of my days cause they literally stole my money!!!!!!!
