No action on reported explioters

I'm rather sick and tired of reporting people for "cheating" (the only close option) for using exploits in the game.

For those armchair debaters, yes, using a "bug" for repeated for personal gain, is exploiting. Period.

The drone flight bug where you can stand on top and hit it with a hammer to reach obviously unintended locations on a map is one such case. I've reported multiple people who do this repeatedly, and yet I get the generic email response:

We reviewed your report and didn’t take any action this time. Our well-trained, dedicated team reviewed your report, supported by automation tools and established policies and processes and didn't take any action this time. You may also receive this email if the content you reported has already been reported by other users and is now under review.

What crock of **bleep**. This has ruined players' experiences for entire maps, many times over. When people are firing at you from the underside (or topside) of the bridge on Manhattan Bridge (a map that already has a ridiculous amount of ambush locations), or other random skyrise rooftops, or on any myriads of rooftops on other maps that you CANNOT access - it completely ruins the match.  They are near impossible to kill, with the only way forcing you to change class to sniper, camp and try to outshoot them in their defilade positions. This is extremely frustrating and needs to be actioned upon, even if the bug gets fixed. Those who did it more than 1-2 times (I KNOW you have all the player telemetry data, EA/Dice), should be perma banned.
