NOT SURE WHAT IS GOING ON

The servers I am getting in lately seem to be one sided . I have notice the opposite team usually full of sweats and there rank is higher way higher then the team I on.  I believe someone else is running these matchmaking servers other then EA, unless there match make is on the fritz. I never in on the NATO side always on the PAK so when I back out and try to go NATO the games loads up then crashes right to desk top. If I play on the PAK side it fine other then the whole side gets **bleep** they even still tanks so the  PAK side only has infantry . They pretty line up against and the just go to town you have now then you guy running with spot on shooting flawless .One guy I seen was running quick scoping everyone he end up getting over a 100 kills that game .I have reported him and he streams on twitch . I guess I will have to start recording these games but if EA doesn't catch him what can I do . I payed 129$ for this and I will back down from this but I not be a meat grinder for these guys. These are on official servers in every map mode .Am I put in these servers for a reason if so what have I done . I just trying to figure this out and why it is happening all the time for me . I been read some of the posts here it seems nobody has this problem they gave me all good skins for the NATO but I can never get play on that side when I get finally in my game crashes I just hope EA game into to allowing this to happen and fix what is going on what is going on. My opinion I think is they figure how to rig these servers to benefit there side and don't how they can or if they can but to me that what it looks like .
