Thanks for the info. It might be worth searching the inbox for your linked email address in case any emails have been marked as spam, as ToS are meant to send responses that way. While they can't handle bans themselves, you might be able to get an update about the status of the appeal through EA Help.
If you wanted to give EA Help a try, you should be able to reach them by clicking the "Contact us" button at the bottom of the page linked below. I just gave it a try while not logged in, and it gave me the option to email them, but it might also show live chat. If it helps, I selected "Game rules" for the help topic when filling out the contact form.
