Hello, from what I’ve read in the comments, no one has actually received those XP boosts. I can’t find a way to contact EA directly about this, so why have so many people, including me, not received the compensation? I bought the Phantom pre-order version on the EA platform and couldn’t play the game for several hours, yet no compensation was given to me.

I'm also chiming in to say I did not receive the XP rewards for being an EA app customer affected by the issue.
